You only pay after verifiable progress. Custom homes follow a bank draw schedule coordinated with your construction lender. We accept check or ACH — no credit card fees added.

Yes, always. If your project requires a permit (most remodels, additions, new construction, and basement finishes do), we pull it, schedule the inspections, and close it out. Unpermitted work causes resale problems, insurance problems, and can force tear-out — we don't cut that corner.

Absolutely. We collaborate with your designer or architect throughout. If you don't have one, we can recommend trusted Kansas partners and coordinate the relationship. For smaller projects, we often handle design in-house to save you the extra fee.
